THE ONLY WAY TO ELIMINATE ANY PEST PROBLEM IS THROUGH COOPERATION. WE ALL NEED TO DO OUR PART.

THIS IS NOT A WELCOME GUEST AT ANY HOME!!

For a Carpenter Ant Elimination to be successful the home owner has a to do several things to help the professional exterminator..

1. You have to move everything out from the exterior walls of the home to allow us access to the walls. (move into center of room about 3 feet off the wall. Empty bottom shelves of cabinets, drawers, under the sink, etc...

2. In the bathroom you must remove all toiletries. Empty bottom shelves of cabinets, drawers, under the sink, etc...

3. Allow access to both any crawl space attics as well as crawl space basements and if your bath tub / shower has access to door to plumbing it should be available to us when we are there .

4. Point out to the exterminator any places that you see Ant activity.

5. Around the exterior of your home you must do a few things as well… any wood piles should be at a minimum 15 feet from home, No wood piles in the garage. Wood chips and mulch should not be within 2 feet of home as that not only attracts Carpenter Ants but several other pests to your home.

6. Also around the exterior you need to trim any trees, scrubs, foliage that is in contact with the home.

7. While the exterminator is treating your home . Any tropical pets (lizards , birds , snakes etc..) These pets must be kept out 24 hours.

8. People with respiratory problems consult with your doctors. As amount of time you should be out of the home.
